Payment Method

You can choose your payment method from the following:

⚫︎Credit card payment

We accept the following cards:

Dealing with fraudulent orders

For the safety of our customers, if there is a discrepancy between the customer's registration and order information and the card information used for payment, or if there is anything suspicious,
We may need to verify your identity before shipping the item.

If any of the following applies to you, we will contact you at the email address or phone number listed in your order information to confirm your identity and whether or not you intend to make a purchase.
Please note that if we are unable to contact you at the phone number or email address you registered and are unable to verify your identity, we may cancel your order.

1. The payment was not made using a credit card in the same name as the person placing the order.
   
2. Multiple credit card payment attempts
   
3. If we are unable to contact you by phone or email
   
4. If the phone number and email address are found to belong to another person

Please note that in some cases, we may have to cancel your reservation automatically.

⚫︎Convenience store payment

The following stores are available:

After we confirm your payment, we will ship the product. (You do not need to contact us to confirm your payment.)
Please note that depending on the timing of your payment, we may not be able to meet your specified date and time.

⚫︎Internet banking payment

You can use the following financial institutions and some convenience store ATMs.

⚫︎Bank transfer

• We use Mitsubishi UFJ Bank.
  
• Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you with the transfer details.
  
• After we confirm the transfer, we will ship the product. (You do not need to contact us about the transfer.)
  Please note that depending on the timing of your payment, we may not be able to meet your specified date and time.
  
• Please bear the transfer fee yourself.
  
• If we are unable to confirm the transfer within 7 business days after informing you of the transfer details, your order will be cancelled.

⚫︎Cash on delivery

The following fees are required separately.
・COD fee ¥500 (tax included)
*For purchases over ¥300,000 (tax included), a security service of ¥420 (tax included) is required separately.
